Our DVD duplication suite has been equipped to the highest standard offering a quality finish in the fastest possible turnaround.

Duplicated DVD-R’s are laser-written rather than manufactured, eliminating long setup times. This is an economical option for quantities of up to 1,000 units or projects that require a fast turnaround.

Our banks of DVD recorders are continuously being updated to make sure our clients have the best quality in recorded media.

Every disc is checked and verified against the original.

Our high-quality inkjet printers offer an excellent colour reproduction and excellent resolution.

The DVD Duplication Process - Your DVD master will be checked for compatibility by a trained member of our team. After we are happy your DVD is compatible the duplication and verification process can begin. Every single disc produced is compared to the clients master. During the duplication process random discs are again test for compatibility.

Once duplication is complete it's off to print

Print Process - Oneway Media offer two types of DVD-R media inkjet printing. Using different print surfaces on the DVD media means we can offer the following print finishes.

Matt Finish - For years this has been the standard print finish on all inkjet printable disc. Printing at a high resolution onto a white base gives a excellent finish.

Water Proof Gloss Finish - This option is a recent addition for Oneway Media, the DVD-R has a silk / gloss finish with a water and scratch proof finish.

An inkjet CD/DVD printer works very much like a regular paper inkjet printer. The ink is sprayed from nozzles onto the inkjet printable DVD-R / CD-R surface.

The vibrancy and detail of an inkjet print can only be matched by an offset print (not even a screen print comes close!) Photographic images, text, logos and other graphics are all rendered superbly.
